※徳島駅より淡路ICまでのバス停については乗車のみで降車できません。

※子どもの運賃はおとなの半額です。ただし子どもの往復割引運賃はございません。

徳島発(徳島バス、路線バス5番のりばから)From Tokushima-Tokushima Bus,Bus stop No.5

• 徳島・淡路発は全席座席指定制です。あらかじめ乗車券をお買い求め下さい。乗車日の1ヶ月と1日前から受付いたします。
  (All seats require reservation.Please make reservations and purchase tickets up to 1month and 1day in advance,or on the day of trabel,no later than 30minutes prior to departure at Tokushima Station.)
• 予約された場合はお早めに乗車券をお買い求め下さい。
  予約受付および乗車券購入の締切期限は徳島駅の発車30分前までとなります。
  (An early ticet purchasing would be very much appreciated.)
• 空席がある場合はご予約が無くてもご乗車いただけます。
  (Passengers without advance reservations may purchase tickets on the day of travel,subject to availability.)
• 乗車券は、1ヶ月と1日前から販売いたします。
• 乗車券の有効期限は乗車日の発車時刻までとなります。
  (Ticket is not valid and no refund or exchange can be made after departure time.)
• 道路事情により運行ダイヤが遅れる場合もありますのでご了承の上、充分余裕をみてご利用下さい。
  (We are not responsible for delayed arrival time due to unforeseen cricumstances such as traffic.)

関西空港発(1階、国際線到着出口。リムジンバス2番のりばから)
From Kansai lnternational Airport-Bus stop No.2,outside the lnternational Arrivals floor (1st floor)

• 関西空港発は、座席定員制ですので、乗車日・乗車時刻(便指定)のみのご予約となります。乗車日の1ヶ月と1日前から関西空港乗車日の前日15時まで受付いたします。空席がある場合は、ご予約が無くてもご乗車いただけます。
  (Reservation required.Please make reservations and purchase tickets up to 1month and 1day in advance and no later than 15:00 the day before departure.Passengers without advance reservations may purchase tickets,subject to availabilty.)
• ご予約された場合は、お早めに乗車券をお買い求め下さい。
  (An early ticket purchasing would be very much appreciated.)
• ご乗車日には、発車時刻の5分前迄に乗り場にお越し下さい。乗り場に並ばれたご予約のお客様から順にご乗車いただきます。(Please arrive at the bus stop at least 5 minites prior to departure and wait in line.)
• 航空機の遅廷等で、ご予約のバスに乗り遅れた場合、お申し出により「空席があれば、自由席へのご乗車。又は不乗車証明を発行いたしますので、後日、乗車券を購入された箇所にて、規定の払戻し。」のお取り扱いをいたします。
  (When passenger misses a bus due to flight delay,we transport him/her on our next available service,or he/she may claim a refund with proof provided by us,at the office where he/she bought it.)

手荷物の取り扱いBaggage Regulations

• 貴重品(現金、宝石類、美術品など)及び壊れ物(カメラ、ガラス製品、時計など)はお預けになる手荷物の中にお入れにならないでください。万一破損、紛失等の損害が生じても当社がその責任を負いません。
  (Cash,Precious metals,jewelry,artworks and other valuables and fragile articles such as cameras, glassworks and watches must not be included in checked-in baggage.We are not responsible for any items lost,damaged or stolen.)
• 危険物(爆発物、引火、発火しやすい物など)のお預かりならびに、車内持ち込みはできません。
  (Dangerous goods must not be carried by passengers,either as or in carry on baggage or checked baggage or on their person.ltems that cannot be taken on include explosives and flammable/ignitable goods.)
• 大きな手荷物(お1人2個以内<例：スーツケース特大2個以内>で総重量30kg以内、総容量0.25m³以内、最大辺の長さ2ｍ以内)はトランクルームをご利用いただけます。
  (Each passenger is allowed two pieces of checked baggage provided they meet the following size and weight limitations:the maximum may not excced 30kg,0.25m³,200cm per side.)
• 手荷物にはできる限り「お名前」「ご連絡先」をお付けください。
  (We recommend that you place your name and address on your baggage.)
• たくさん手荷物がある場合は前もって、宅配便等をご利用下さい。トランクルームに収納しきれない場合はお断りすることがあります。
